Small World Toys is continuing our long-standing commitment to provide products that meet or exceed federal safety standards. For over 11 years, accredited third party labs have been used to test our products to ensure they meet both current federal mandated requirements as well as once optional ASTM testing requirements which became mandatory on February 10, 2009.
With all the changing laws and requirements, one thing remains unchanged—our commitment to provide safe products for children. Our testing policy requires our products to be tested above and beyond federal requirements. We do this with our most important customer in mind, children. All of our products are in compliance with the current federal laws for ASTM F963-08 as well as Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) as well as other testing based on the specific product. This means the products we are shipping today and safe and meet the lead and phthalate requirements.
Small World Toys has been in the business of selling toys for over 40 years, and safety has always been our number one concern. Please continue to enjoy our line of products knowing that they meet our high safety requirements.
We have General Conformity Certificates (GCC) available for products produced after November 2008 as required under CPSIA guidelines. Please contact us should you require a copy of a product’s GCC.
We appreciate your business and if we can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
